Here’s how I did it. I opened up Google and searched benefits of meditation. I found this blog post by Harvard University’s health website. The Harvard blog post outlined four benefits that help me form the outline for my paper. One key benefit is that Meditation also helps us create space between our thoughts.

Brainstorm Relevant Keywords

Whenever I tell people that I wrote a paper in two hours, they always ask me how. And it’s not because they think I’m some sort of genius (I’m not). It’s because they want to know my secret. So, here it is . First, brainstorm relevant keywords. 

Next, make an outline.

Third, write the intro paragraph and conclusion paragraph last so you can save time by referencing them as you go along with the body paragraphs. 

Finally, use Google Docs or Microsoft Word to turn your rough draft into a clean document – this will save you from having to do any additional formatting or changes later on.
